Welcome to Flownest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flownest platform, including our website, services, and applications.

By creating an account or using Flownest, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Flownest is a feedback management platform that allows you to collect, organize, and prioritize user feedback. Our services include feedback boards, public changelogs, embeddable forms, upvoting, and status workflow management.

3. Account Registration

To use Flownest, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial period.

Paid Subscription

After your trial ends, you must subscribe to the Pro plan ($9/month) to continue using Flownest. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Flownest for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Flownest, including project data, feedback, and changelog entries ("Your Content").

By using Flownest, you grant us a license to host, store, and display Your Content as necessary to provide our services.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and must ensure you have the right to share it.

7. User Submitted Feedback

When your users submit feedback through your public boards or forms, you are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for:

• Informing your users how their data will be used
• Providing an appropriate privacy policy
• Handling any data subject requests from your users

8. Intellectual Property

Flownest and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flownest and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flownest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use Flownest at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flownest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flownest and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Flownest after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flownest operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
